2015 UK Trip: Meal on board @Emirates Airline

3rd May flight:

KL (10.30 AM) --> Dubai  (1.30 PM)

Lunch meal served in the flight to Dubai:
  • Appetizer : Poached Prawn Salad with pickled carrot and cucumber
  • Main courses: (1) Chicken Korma served with tomato rice, sauteed carrots and green beans OR (2) Grilled Fillet of Perch with red pepper sauce, roasted potatoes, green peas and carrots.
  • Dessert: Pistachio Cheesecake
  • Hot Drinks: Tea/Coffee
  • Chocolate

This is my Grilled Fillet of Perch with red pepper sauce, roasted potatoes, green peas and carrots

The fillet is tasteless and very horrible! Bad choice of choosing fish meal in the flight! I love the biscuits dipped in the sauce tho..
The boyfie had Chicken Korma served with tomato rice, sauteed carrots and green beans
The chicken korma taste better..

Dubai (3.45 PM) -> London (8.15 PM)

Dinner meal served in the flight to London:
  • Appetizer: Conchiglie Salad - shell shaped pasta with green peas and tuna
  • Main courses: (1) Grilled Chicken with Peppercorn Sauce served with mashed potatoes and seasoned vegetables OR (2) Lamb Medallions with creamy rosemary sauce, served with wild rice and stir fried vegetables
  • Dessert: Blackcurrant Cake served with vanilla custard
  • Hot Drinks: Tea/Coffee
  • Chocolate

The boyfie and myself opted for Grilled Chicken with Peppercorn Sauce

Taste not too bad.

And I miss to capture the meal served in the flight from London to Dubai on 16th May! :-(

17th May flight:
Dubai (10.30 AM) -> KL (9.45 PM)

Lunch meal served in the flight back to KL:
  • Appetizer: Sweet Chilli Prawn with soba noodle salad
  • Main courses: (1) Grilled Chicken with Peppercorn Sauce served with mashed potatoes and seasoned vegetables OR (2) Cod with Thai-style Red Curry served with garlic rice and seasoned vegetables
  • Dessert: Vanilla Cheesecake with caramel sauce and walnuts
  • Hot Drinks: Tea/Coffee
